    Welcome to ZUMBA ROCKS! official web page. ZUMBAROCKS.org! was created by Dominique Lasha'e in February 2012. It was designed to give Dallas residents additional options to choose from when deciding where to take the most talked about dance fitness program in history Zumba!

    Zumba Fitness - When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can't wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rythems set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, They're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party.   • Our Instructors

    Dominique Lashae

    Dominique Lasha'e created ZUMBAROCKS.org! in February of 2012. After 8 months of taking a Zumba class at the local dance studio Dominique realized that this was the longest she had ever been committed to a fitness routine. As owner of the marketing and events agency The Q Network she has spent the last 16 years organizing events and providing marketing services to a variety of brands. So with her experience and love for "throwing amazing parties" she decided to combine that with her love for fitness. In 2012 she got certified and created zumbarocks.org!


    Erica Nicole

    I am Erica Mills. I started my health journey back in 2012 with the drive every bride has of knockin’em dead in her on her big day. I started off running (as most do), lifting weights, and doing vinyasa yoga but always felt like something was missing from my workouts- something that would really make this new found habit stick. After the wedding, I continue my same-old workouts routines and found that I was starting to lose my motivation. I attend a z-rocks class in Oct. of 2013 and absolutely fell in love with Zumba. So much so, that after a year of being a student I went and received my instructor certification. My intention every class is to provide you that drive and motivation to attend class- whether it is through the sweat, the music, or the different styles of dance. .


    Sharon Adger

    Hi My Name is Sharon Adger I have gone from a size 18 jeans to a size 7 since starting with Zumba Rocks almost 2 years ago and losing the weight was fun. I started as a faithful student and I became a certified instructor May 2013. Working out is an essential part of my life now and it is an added incentive to join the classes at Zumba Rocks because of the camaraderie; it’s more than just class we are family who encourage each other to obtain our goals. Now my goal as an instructor is to encourage others to meet their goals and have fun while doing just that!


    Alyse Heath

    Awhile back I was never the type who could find the motivation or discipline to be consistent with a workout routine. Zumba completely changed my view of fitness over 2 years ago when I first started. I love that it caters to people from all sorts of fitness backgrounds and everyone has their own style to bring to the table. With some motivation from dear friends that I've made during class, I decided to become a certified instructor in April of 2013. Throughout my fitness journey not only have I lost 30 pounds but I have gained a huge amount of confidence in myself and physical capabilities. My goal is to create a positive, fun, and motivating atmosphere to help others reach their fitness goals with smiles on their faces! Be ready to bring your swag and werk!


    Shea Landor

    Hey hey I'm Shea Landor and I absolutely love zumba and everything about it. I've come from a size 22/24 to now a size 10. I first started teaching group fitness lessons 3 years ago and fell in love with the music, the energy, and the accountability of the group fitness classes. I loved it so much that I first got certified in TurboKick, cardio kickboxing, then Zumba!!! Zumba allows me as an instructor and the class to party together and sweat our way to unimaginable fitness goals!!! I am also certified to teach PiYo,Pilates/Yoga fusion and Zumba Kids. I am passionate about my fitness family and my fitness mission is to inspire, motivate, and welcome others to join me in getting in the BEST shape of their lives and LOVING it!!!

  • Gym Rules

    Kids are allowed AT ALL LOCATIONS EXCEPT CARROLLTON & DUNCANVILLE but must be accompanied by a parent. They must sit in designated area and ARE NOT ALLOWED on the dance floor unless they are a paying guest.

    Be sure to bring 2lb weights to class and a yoga mat for our abs workout.

    We do not allow makeup days for missed classes.

    All personal property is your responsibility.
